OUR MISSION
FHSi was founded and started by Anthony (Tony) Flammia in 2006. Tony has been in the HVAC construction industry for over 45 years and has a superseding knowledge and passion for the business. Tony realized there was a need for personal customer service in the industry and decided that opening FHSi would allow him to provide quality relationships, work and trust to his customers. Establishing FHSi with a strong foundation of these core values has led to a successful company with dedicated team members that support FHSi’s principles.
FHSi seeks to be highly regarded as a leading provider of HVAC solutions in Southwest Florida. In doing so we recognize that our co-workers are our most important resource in accomplishing this mission by satisfying our customers’ needs timely, and profitably. We strive for excellence in our quality, productivity and safety. Our mission is to develop long term, repeat customer relations, provide growth opportunities for associates, and achieve excellence in our work and community.
OUR CORE VALUES
I. RELIANCE ON GOD - FHSi was founded and operates from biblical principles and values. Our core Scripture is from Philippians 2:2-3 “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of others.” By doing so you create an environment for people to experience success, you enrich their lives, and they feel like they are part of something that is not only bigger than them, but that they make a difference in what they do, no matter what position they hold.
II. BELIEF IN PEOPLE - We believe there is greatness in all people. Given an opportunity, people want to make a difference, they want to know they are connected, and they want to know you care. At FHSi, people come first. Decisions are made based on relationships, not finances and bottom line numbers. We have a saying here that goes like this; “We don’t use the people to build the work, we use the work to build the people”.
III. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS - FHSi is about building relationships. Our focus is on long term relationships that stand the test of time. Our Vision statement is “Building Strong Relationships Through Comfort”. We want our staff, our associates, and our clients comfortable with who we are. That means we must always be transparent, follow through on our promises, and deliver quality products and services that bring comfort to all.
